中国房地产市场的火爆势头始于1992年,数以万计的房地产公司如雨后春笋般涌现,数以亿计的资金纷纷流向房地产大盘,房地产价格好像注入了“兴奋剂”似的直冲上天。到1993年下半年实行宏观调控后,房地产市场由峰顶直落谷底,1994年上半年增长速度继续回落,下半年以来房地产业转向平稳回升。由火爆到低迷再到平稳,中国房地产业经历了一场大起大落的洗礼。1995年房地产业又将呈现怎样的发展态势呢?
The hot trend of China’s real estate market began in 1992, when tens of thousands of real estate companies sprung up and hundreds of millions of funds flowed into the real estate market. Real estate prices seemed to be injected into the “stimulants” like real estate. After the implementation of macroeconomic control in the second half of 1993, the real estate market peaked at the bottom of the valley. In the first half of 1994, the growth rate continued to drop. In the second half of the year, the real estate industry turned to a steady recovery. From hot to sluggish to stable, China’s real estate industry has experienced a ups and downs of the baptism.
