At present, the qualities of teachers in rural kindergartens are far from being able to meet the requirements of the situation and are in urgent need of improvement. Among the 881 rural kindergarten teachers in our county, only 142 teachers (including teachers appointed by individual parks) and 27 teachers graduated from formal colleges have graduated from vocational high schools.
