较于广为人们接受的PVC塑料导型材,ABS塑料异型材在设计环节上有着更高的要求,出现的疑难问题也更多。以典型的美式断面型材为例,从ABS性能和特点的角度,对挤出模具模头部分的各段流道进行了分析,对定型模中水气路排布、尺寸取值与口模的匹配程度、ABS物料在定型模中的冷却收缩规律进行了总结,对水箱中定型块作用进行了分析,从中探讨了如何完善ABS塑料异型材模具的设计问题,并得出相应结论,为相关领域的研究人员提供一定角度的思路参考。
