随着社会的发展进步和人们认识的不断提高,教育被确定为国家发展战略重点,这给教育科学研究发展带来了新的机遇和挑战。幼儿园教师科研素养在一定程度上代表着学前教育科研的现状,其发展对学前教育科学的发展有着积极而重要的意义。但目前,教师科研素养状况不容乐观。本文立足于当前幼儿教师科研素养中存在的问题,在深入分析制约教师科研素养提升的相关因素的基础上,提出了提高幼儿教师科研素养的对策,为进一步研究提供了理论依据。
With the development of society and the ever-increasing awareness of people, education has been identified as the key national development strategy, which has brought new opportunities and challenges to the educational and scientific research and development. To a certain extent, the scientific literacy of kindergarten teachers represents the status quo of pre-school education and scientific research, and its development has positive and important significance for the development of preschool education science. But at present, the status of teachers’ scientific literacy is not optimistic. Based on the existing problems in kindergarten teachers’ scientific literacy, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve kindergarten teachers’ scientific literacy on the basis of in-depth analysis of the relevant factors that restrict the improvement of teachers’ scientific literacy and provides a theoretical basis for further research.
