为了考察用户进行网页界面满意度评估的认知加工过程,实验中要求14名被试对随机呈现的420个网页刺激进行满意度评估并快速做出按键反应,同时记录被试的行为数据和事件相关电位(ERP)数据。数据分析结果显示:与满意度水平一般的网页界面相比,被试对满意和不满意的网页界面做出反应的时间更短;P2、N2和晚期正成分(LPP)可以作为满意度评估的标志,并且在额叶和中央区三者均表现出对满意的网页界面加工的左半球优势,LPP还表现出对不满意的网页界面加工的右半球优势。
In order to investigate the cognitive process of user satisfaction evaluation of web interface, 14 subjects were asked to assess the satisfaction of 420 randomly generated web pages and make key reaction quickly, and record the participants’ behavior data and events Related Potential (ERP) data. The results of data analysis showed that respondents responded less quickly to satisfied and dissatisfied web pages than those with normal satisfaction levels. P2, N2 and late LPP could be evaluated as satisfaction Signs, and in the frontal lobes and the central zone all showed superiority in the left-hemisphere for satisfactory web-page processing, LPP also showed the right-hemisphere advantage in processing unsatisfactory web-pages.
