近年来,食品安全问题一直困扰着消费者,并影响着消费者对我国食品安全的信任度。虽然国家已经在食品安全监管方面出台了一系列的法律规制,但就调查数据显示,国家在食品安全监管中仍存在诸多问题,如信息披露不及时,多头监管、职责不清,消费者协会职能发挥不充分等等。文章针对所存在的问题,提出了相应的完善建议,以期通过政府、消费者协会、媒体和社会大众的共同努力,进一步完善我国食品安全法律保障体系,为消费者的安全消费营造一个良好的环境。 In recent years, food safety has plagued consumers and affected consumers’ trust in China’s food safety.
