在知识经济快速发展的影响下,人力资源已经成为了油田企业中的核心问题之一。对于人力资源管理工作来说,其质量的好坏直接影响着油田自身在行业市场中的竞争力。同时也影响着油田企业的经济利益,但是目前油田企业在人力资源管理上还存在着一定的问题,这样也就阻碍了油田企业的发展。基于此本文针对油田企业中人力资源管理上存在的问题进行了简要阐述,并提出几点个人看法,仅供参考。
Under the influence of the rapid development of knowledge economy, human resources has become one of the core problems in oilfield enterprises. For human resources management, the quality of its direct impact on the oilfield itself in the industry market competitiveness. At the same time, it also affects the economic interests of oilfield enterprises. However, there are still some problems in the management of human resources in oilfield enterprises, which hinders the development of oilfield enterprises. Based on this, this paper briefly elaborates the existing problems of human resource management in oilfield enterprises and puts forward some personal opinions for reference only.
