超声乳化白内障吸出术具有切口小、损伤轻、术后散光小、视力恢复快等优点,已经得到了广泛的推广。但至今大多数术者采用的是囊袋内原位超声乳化技术。自从2000年元月以来,我们采用了囊袋上翻转超声乳化技术;即将晶体核翻转,从囊袋内脱出至囊袋上,乳化头斜面向下,采用超声-劈核方法(Phaco-chop)进行乳化吸出。1000余例的实验证明,囊袋上翻转超声乳化不仅操作方便,乳化时间短、能量低,而且对眼内组织损伤小,并发症少,安全性好。
