中船总公司企业管理现代化现场会于1985年12月20日至26日在上海召开。参加会议的有总公司、各地区公司、各物资配套管理处及各厂领导和有关人员共150余人。会议由生产管理部主任杨宏典主持,江南、沪东、求新船厂等20多个单位作了大会发言。会议采取经验介绍和现场参观相结合的办法,收到很好的效果。会上,胡传治总经理作了重要报告。他分析了船舶工业面临的形势和任务。号召大家以提高经济效益为中心,大力推行目标管理,积极应用电算机辅助目标成本管理。推行价值工程,进一步降低物质消耗,降低成本。为实现企业管理现代化,为完成“七五”计划而努力
The on-site management of the China Shipbuilding Corporation’s corporate governance will be held in Shanghai from December 20 to December 26, 1985. A total of more than 150 people participated in the conference including the head office, regional companies, various material supporting management offices, and factory leaders and related personnel. The meeting was presided over by Yang Hongdian, Director of the Production Management Department. More than 20 units including Jiangnan, Hudong, and Xinxing Shipyard made speeches. The conference adopted a combination of experience introduction and on-site visits and received good results. At the meeting, General Manager Hu Chuanzhi made an important report. He analyzed the situation and tasks faced by the shipbuilding industry.
