我们对西铁中心医院等4个铁路医院的医疗器械用品包括消毒的、清洁的及污染的物品采样。各院各科室均随机采样,用本站检验科制备的PBS—Tween溶液沾取涂抹面积10cm×10cm,后灭菌封口—20℃冰箱保存,反复冻融3次,送检验科待检。按常规ELISA法进行,同时设阴阳试剂对照,阳性对照呈桔红色,阴性无色。 检验结果显示:西铁中心医院共采样45份,阳性2份阳性率4.44%,西安分局医院采样52份,阳性6份阳民生率11.54%,西铁分局阎良医院采样47份阳性5份阳性率10.64%,临潼工程医院采样53份,阳性27份阳性50.94%。和其它医院相比工程医院感染率显著高于其它三个医院(P<0.001)。
We sample medical device supplies including sterilized, clean and contaminated items at four railway hospitals such as West Rail Central Hospital. All departments of the hospital were randomly sampled, with the station prepared by the Department of Laboratory PBS-Tween solution smear smear area 10cm × 10cm, sterilized seal -20 ℃ refrigerator, repeated freezing and thawing three times, sent to the laboratory for examination. By conventional ELISA method, while setting yin and yang reagent control, the positive control was orange, negative colorless. The test results showed that 45 samples were collected from West Central Hospital, positive rate was 4.44%, positive rate was 11.54%, positive rate was 6%, and positive rate was 4.44% Rate of 10.64%, Lintong Engineering Hospital sampling 53, positive 27 positive 50.94%. Compared with other hospitals, the infection rate of construction hospitals was significantly higher than that of the other three hospitals (P <0.001).
