目的分析水中呋喃丹测量的不确定度与影响不确定度的因素。方法采用不确定度连续传递模型,对引入的不确定度分量进行评定,计算相对扩展标准的不确定度。结果 HPLC测定水中呋喃丹含量平均值为15.23μg/L,扩展不确定度为±0.66μg/L(置信度95%,k=2)。结论实验重复性和线性拟和是本实验不确定度的最大来源,应值得重视。
Objective To analyze the uncertainty of measurement of carbofuran in water and the factors that influence the uncertainty. Methods The model of continuous transfer of uncertainty was used to evaluate the uncertainty components introduced and the relative uncertainty of expansion was calculated. Results The average content of carbofuran in water by HPLC was 15.23μg / L with an extended uncertainty of ± 0.66μg / L (confidence 95%, k = 2). Conclusion Experimental repeatability and linear fitting are the biggest sources of uncertainty in this experiment and should be taken seriously.
