目的比较PCD批量检测及包内化学指示卡在高压灭菌质量监控中的可靠性,为医院供应室灭菌质量监控提供参考。方法利用批量检测系统PCD包内化学指示卡、生物指示卡3种质控方式对高压灭菌质量进行监控,记录数据并进行分析。结果自2010年1月~2010年12月期间,该院供应室共灭菌405次,PCD检测化学指示卡405张,其中合格399张;405批次灭菌中共放置生物检测卡2430张,其中有效2419张。PCD检测合格的399批次中,生物监测卡(2394张)全部显示合格;PCD检测不合格的6个批次灭菌中,有8张生物检测卡显示灭菌失败。PCD检测合格的399批次中包内化学指示卡63840张,合格63019张,显示不合格731张,其中335张出现于玻璃器皿包中,396张出现于金属类包中,布类包中均未发现有不合格包内化学指示卡。结论 PCD批量检测对灭菌效果较包内化学指示卡的指示效果可靠,值得推广。
Objective To compare the reliability of batch detection of PCD and the chemical indicator in the package for the quality control of autoclave sterilization and provide reference for the quality control of sterilization in the supply room of a hospital. Methods The quality control of autoclave was monitored by three kinds of quality control methods of chemical indicator card and biological indicator card in batch detection system PCD package. The data were recorded and analyzed. Results During the period from January 2010 to December 2010, a total of 405 sterilization cycles were performed in the supply room of the hospital. There were 405 PCD test cards, of which 399 were qualified. In the batch of 405 sterilization tests, 2430 biopsy cards were placed, of which, 2419 effective. Among the 399 PCD-qualified batches, biomonitoring cards (2394) were all shown to be eligible; of the 6 batches that did not pass the PCD test, 8 biopsy cards showed sterilization failure. Among the 399 batches tested by PCD, there were 63,840 chemical indicator cards in package, with a total of 63,019 passes, showing 731 failed, of which 335 appeared in the glassware package, 396 appeared in the metal package, No unacceptable package chemical indicator was found. Conclusion The results of batch detection of PCD are more reliable than those of the chemical indicator in the package and worth promoting.
