我厂26立方米小高炉在76年大修期间,采用了磷酸盐炭捣混凝土和磷酸盐混凝土炉衬,並采用了现场浇灌的新工艺。全部筑炉时间仅用了4天。高炉于76年6月29日点火开炉,至78年3月1日因缺焦停炉大修。这期间因缺焦、停电封炉5次,106天(其中二次重新装炉点火)。高炉第二代炉令实际生产了十七个月,而第一代炉令实际生产了十二个月。一、耐火混凝土高炉内衬的结构及设计(见附图一) 在内衬材质上,我们根据山西灵石钢铁厂和江宁钢铁厂、金坛钢铁厂陡用的磷酸盐耐
