目的掌握2010—2012年北京市昌平区食品、公共场所从业人员健康检查结果动态变化。方法收集2010—2012年昌平区食品、公共场所从业人员健康检查资料,进行统计分析。结果 2010—2012年健康检查总计251 470人,检出传染病(痢疾、伤寒、病毒性肝炎、活动性肺结核、化脓性或渗出性皮肤病)总计383人,总检出率为0.15%。3年间昌平区传染病检出率(0.24%,0.08%,0.16%)差异有统计学意义(χ2=65.54,P<0.01)。该地从业人员活动性肺结核总检出率与外埠的总检出率(0.104%,0.469%)差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.20,P<0.01)。结论该区食品与公共场所从业人员3年健康检查合格率均比较高。为保证昌平区公共卫生安全,把好一年一度的从业人员健康检查关,同时加强从业人员肺结核的防治工作,尤其对外埠从业人员。还要加强卫生知识培训,使从业人员的健康检查合格率逐年提高。
Objective To master the dynamic changes of health examination results of food and public places practitioners in Changping District, Beijing from 2010 to 2012. Methods The data of health checkup of employees in food and public places in Changping District from 2010 to 2012 were collected for statistical analysis. Results A total of 251 470 health check-ups were conducted in 2010-2012. A total of 383 infectious diseases (dysentery, typhoid fever, viral hepatitis, active tuberculosis, suppurative or exudative skin diseases) were detected, with a total detection rate of 0.15%. The detection rates of infectious diseases in Changping District in the three years (0.24%, 0.08%, 0.16%) were statistically significant (χ2 = 65.54, P <0.01). There was a significant difference in the total detection rate of active tuberculosis (0.104%, 0.469%) among outsiders in this area (χ2 = 10.20, P <0.01). Conclusion The qualified rate of 3-year health checkup of employees in food and public places in this area is relatively high. In order to ensure public health and safety in Changping District, the annual health check-ups of practitioners should be stepped up. At the same time, efforts should be made to prevent and control tuberculosis among practitioners, especially those employed in other cities. We should also strengthen the training of health knowledge so that the passing rate of health examination of practitioners will be increased year by year.
