目的进一步了解本省不同地区基层医疗单位对医学检验人才的认识、能力、结构、岗位需求情况,使人才培养更贴近基层需求,为指导专业第3轮人才培养方案修订工作提供基础资料。方法采用调查问卷、座谈会、下科室访谈和参观形式,对陕西省10县共计30家基层医疗机构进行调查,并对调查结果进行分析讨论。结果陕西省30家基层医疗机构在岗人员学历有显著提升,超过2007年全国水平,学历以本科为主;职称构成与全国相比还有差距,初级职称比全国高1.45倍,中级职称和高级职称比例明显较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);年龄结构与全国相比,35岁以下人员比例较高,年龄结构还有待于优化。结论陕西省基层地区急需大量医学检验人才,其中卫生检验与检疫人才需求量尤其突出,本校人才培养方案还需进一步调整和优化。
Objective To know more about the knowledge, ability, structure and job requirements of medical examiners in primary health care units in different regions of the province so as to bring talent cultivation closer to grassroots needs and provide basic information for guiding the revision of the third round of personnel training programs. Methods A total of 30 grass-roots medical institutions in 10 counties of Shaanxi Province were surveyed with questionnaires, symposiums, interviews with lower-level departments and visiting forms. The results of the investigation were analyzed and discussed. Results The basic education level of 30 primary medical institutions in Shaanxi Province was significantly higher than that of the national level in 2007, with the academic background mainly undergraduate. There is still a gap between the professional titles and that of the whole country. The junior titles are 1.45 times higher than that of the whole country. The intermediate titles and senior titles The proportion was significantly lower (P <0.05). Compared with the whole country, the age structure was higher than those under 35 years old, and the age structure still needs to be optimized. Conclusions There is an urgent need for a large number of medical examiners in the grassroots areas of Shaanxi Province. In particular, the demand for health examiners and quarantine professionals is particularly high, and our personnel training programs need to be further adjusted and optimized.
