目的建立酒类食品中17种邻苯二甲酸酯的气相色谱-串联质谱检测方法,并对市场上不同类型酒类食品邻苯二甲酸酯含量的分布情况进行分析。方法用正己烷提取样品,气相色谱-串联质谱定量分析。结果线性范围为5~10000μg/L,相关系数大于0.999,仪器检出限为0.1~25μg/L,样品的检出限为0.001~0.1 mg/kg。3个浓度梯度(0.3、3.0、30.0 mg/kg)的平均回收率在83.7%~105.9%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)在1.9%~5.7%。抽样结果显示配制酒中邻苯二甲酸酯检出率较其他类型酒类高。结论此方法灵敏度高、准确、重现性好,适用于酒类食品中邻苯二甲酸酯的检测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of 17 phthalates in alcoholic food by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS / MS) and analyze the distribution of phthalate esters in different types of alcoholic foods. Methods Samples were extracted with n-hexane and analyzed by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The linear range was 5 ~ 10000μg / L, the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999, the detection limit was 0.1 ~ 25μg / L and the limit of detection was 0.001 ~ 0.1 mg / kg. The average recoveries of three concentration gradients (0.3, 3.0 and 30.0 mg / kg) ranged from 83.7% to 105.9% with relative standard deviations (RSD, n = 6) ranging from 1.9% to 5.7%. Sampling results show that the detection rate of phthalates in brewed wines is higher than that of other types of wines. Conclusion This method is sensitive, accurate and reproducible. It is suitable for the detection of phthalates in alcoholic foods.
