消化功能不良(FD)是以胃肠动力障碍为主要原因的儿科常见病。用常规的胃粘膜保护药效果欠佳。我们用促胃肠动力药普瑞博思治疗FD疗效满意，现报道如下。1 临床资料1.1 病例选择我院1997~2000年门诊及住院因上腹症状就诊的患者45例，男24例，女21例，年龄6~14岁，病程1个月~2年
