目的:探讨Notch1、Notch3在唾液腺导管癌的表达及意义。方法:收集2005年6月—2011年6月于中国医科大学附属口腔医院就诊的21例唾液腺导管癌患者,以免疫组化方法检测Notch1、Notch3在唾液腺导管癌中的表达,以20例腮腺多形性腺瘤和20例瘤旁正常腮腺组织作为对照。应用SPSS 13.0软件包对数据进行χ2检验。结果:Notch1、Notch3在唾液腺导管癌组织中的表达显著高于腮腺多形性腺瘤组织和正常腮腺组织,在腮腺多形性腺瘤组织中的表达显著高于正常腮腺组织,两两比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。2种蛋白的表达水平与唾液腺导管癌患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤原发部位、面神经症状、肿瘤临床分期与淋巴结是否转移之间无明显联系。结论:Notch1、Notch3可能与唾液腺导管癌的致病机制有关。
Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of Notch1 and Notch3 in salivary gland ductal carcinoma. METHODS: Twenty-one patients with salivary duct carcinoma who were treated at the Stomatological Hospital affiliated to China Medical University from June 2005 to June 2011 were recruited. The expression of Notch1 and Notch3 in ductal carcinoma of the salivary gland was detected by immunohistochemistry. Twenty cases of parotid gland As well as 20 cases of normal parotid gland tissue around the tumor as a control. Data was chi squarely analyzed using SPSS 13.0 software package. Results: The expressions of Notch1 and Notch3 in salivary gland ductal carcinoma tissues were significantly higher than those in parotid pleomorphic adenoma tissues and normal parotid gland tissues. The expression of Notch1 and Notch3 was significantly higher in parotid pleomorphic adenoma tissues than in normal parotid gland tissues (P <0.05). The expression levels of these two proteins were not significantly associated with the age, sex, primary tumor site, facial nerve symptoms, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of salivary gland ductal carcinoma patients. Conclusion: Notch1 and Notch3 may be involved in the pathogenesis of salivary gland ductal carcinoma.
