目的建立地榆黄连灌肠剂中鞣质的含量测定方法。方法运用紫外分光光度法,以没食子酸为对照品,在波长279 nm处对灌肠剂中的鞣质进行含量测定。结果在0.005~0.035 mg/ml有良好的线性关系y=11.8x+0.396,r=0.999 7,该方法的平均回收率为99.10%,RSD为0.19%(n=6)。结论该方法准确、可行,可为灌肠剂的质量控制提供理论依据。 Objective To establish a method for the determination of tannin in Huanglian Huanglian enema. Methods The content of tannin in the enema was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry with gallic acid as reference substance at the wavelength of 279 nm. The results showed a good linear relationship between 0.005 ~ 0.035 mg / ml and y = 11.8x + 0.396, r = 0.999 7. The average recovery was 99.10% and the RSD was 0.19% (n = 6). Conclusion The method is accurate and feasible, which can provide theoretical basis for the quality control of enema.
