中国全要素能源效率的结构特征和区域差异

基于非径向非意愿投入距离函数构建了全要素能源效率分析框架,采用1998-2010年中国30个省(自治区、直辖市)的数据,探讨了中国全要素能源效率的结构特征和区域异质性。研究发现:整体上中国的全要素能源效率水平较低;全国层面和中、西部地区的全要素能源非效率主要由煤炭非效率导致,而东部地区的全要素能源非效率主要由石油非效率造成;整体上煤炭非效率对全要素能源非效率的贡献在样本期内逐渐下降,而清洁能源非效率的贡献则明显增加。
