以对苯二胺为模板分子,甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,在甲醇水体系中制备了分子印迹聚合物,通过高效液相色谱评价,该聚合物固定相表现出良好的分离选择性,能够对苯二胺与其结构类似物—对氨基苯甲酸,有较好的分离效果。通过对流动相中水含量与色谱分离效果关系的探讨,结果表明,溶质与印迹固定相的疏水作用是分子识别中的主要作用力。
Using p-phenylenediamine as the template molecule and methacrylic acid as the functional monomer, a molecularly imprinted polymer was prepared in a methanol-water system. The polymer was characterized by HPLC. The polymer was characterized by its good separation selectivity, P-phenylenediamine and its structural analogues - p-aminobenzoic acid, a better separation. By discussing the relationship between water content and chromatographic separation in mobile phase, the results show that the hydrophobic interaction between solute and imprinted stationary phase is the main force in molecular recognition.
