我所为了提高钻井速度,缩短建井周期,加快我局油、气田勘探、开发速度需要而设计的“JY229液压减震器”,从87年6月到89年G月整整两年中,完成了它的设计、制造、现场试验使用工作。从现场试验使用收集的数据、资料来看,取得了较好的效果,深受井队同志们的好评。一、设计结构及工作原理该种减震器是由心轴、传动套、筒体,心管下接头、密封件等零件组成。心轴和传动套的内、外花键能相对滑动和传递扭矩。
