Antibiotics is a very widely used drug in clinical practice. It not only plays a decisive role in infectious diseases, but also plays an important role in cancer chemotherapy, major surgery and organ transplantation. In clinical practice, antibiotic combination therapy has become increasingly common. The purpose of the combination of antibiotics is to enhance the efficacy and delay the emergence of drug resistance. At the same time as a result of the corresponding reduction in the dose of each drug can also prevent or reduce the toxic effects. However, up to now, it has been confirmed through rigorous clinical trials that there is not much synergy indeed available. In addition, some combinations may also produce antagonism. At present, the combination of two or more commonly used antibiotics in clinics is unfounded , Many are unreasonable and unnecessary. This article focuses on some of the more pressing issues in the use of antibiotics.
