某地下工程打孔用的工具管,由三段两米多长的管子用两副铰链联接而成。铰链是在打孔垂直度发生偏差时,纠偏之用,受力很大。设计要求”每只铰链拉力500吨,两铰链的孔间同心度偏差允许0.04~0.06毫米,孔与轴间的配合间隙为0.08~0.12毫米。铰链结构示意图见图1。铰链底座为35号钢,底板为低碳钢,铰链底座焊在底板上。要求焊后长轴能自由转动,配合尺寸不超出设计要求。
