Ti Cl4 / 三氯乙酸叔丁酯(t B T C A) 引发体系可以用于异丁烯的本体聚合。聚合反应转化率可高达90 % , 但产物相对分子质量分布较宽( M W D= 40 ~50) 。1 H N M R 和 I R 等分析表明所生成的聚异丁烯末端为烯烃双键结构。逐渐添加单体的聚合实验表明, 此体系的活性中心寿命极短。此外, 利用 U V 和 I R 等证实了引发反应是通过 Ti Cl4 与t B T C A 之间的络合反应来进行的
Ti Cl4 / tert-butyl trichloroacetate (t B T C A) initiator system can be used for the bulk polymerization of isobutylene. Polymerization conversion rate can be as high as 90%, but the product of relatively wide molecular weight distribution (M W D = 4 0 ~ 5 0). 1 H N M R and I R analysis showed that the resulting polyisobutylene terminal olefin double bond structure. Gradually added monomer polymerization experiments show that the active center of the system life is very short. In addition, the use of U V and I R, etc. confirmed that the initiation reaction was carried out by the complexation reaction between Ti Cl4 and t B T C A
