目的研究与比较紫花前胡花和根挥发性成分。方法采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联机分析,并用面积归一化法分别计算各组分的相对含量。结果紫花前胡花和根挥发油中分别鉴定出43和40种成分,分别占挥发油总含量为89.15%和86.82%。结论紫花前胡花和根挥发油相同物质共30种,主要成分都是α-蒎烯;但紫花前胡花挥发油成分中β-月桂烯、石竹烯和大根香叶烯D的含量远远大于根挥发油;且紫花前胡花挥发油中检测到具有抗癌作用的(-)-β-榄香烯,但其根中未检测出此成分。
Aim To study and compare the volatile components of purple flower and root Methods Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was used to analyze the relative content of each component by area normalization method. Results 43 and 40 components were identified in the flowers of V. przewalskii and its essential oils, accounting for 89.15% and 86.82% of the total volatile oils, respectively. Conclusions There are 30 kinds of the same substances in the former and the main volatile oil, the main components are α-pinene. However, the contents of β-myrcene, caryophyllene and germacrene in the essential oil of A. violacea are much higher than that of root (-) - β-elemene with anti-cancer activity was detected in the volatile oil of V. przewalskii, but its root was not detected.
