特发性多发性出血性肉瘤,又称卡波西氏(Kaposis)肉瘤,我国罕见。最近我院收治1例临床误为鳞状上皮癌并转移,经术后病理检查纠正诊断,特予报告。患者男性,58岁,本岛儋县人。因左足多发性结节状息肉肿块4个月、烦渴多饮、多尿消瘦2月余入院。病人5年前左足背内侧发现二个花生米大之结节状肿物,略隆突于皮肤,无痛无热,于当 Idiopathic multiple hemorrhagic sarcoma, also known as Kaposi’s sarcoma, is rare in our country. Recently, in our hospital, 1 case was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma and metastasis. The diagnosis was confirmed by postoperative pathological examination and was specifically reported. The patient was male, 58 years old, and was from the county of Ji County. Due to left foot multiple nodular polyps for 4 months, polydipsia, polyuria and more than 2 months into the hospital. The patient found two large nodular masses of peanuts on the medial side of the left foot 5 years ago. It slightly protruded from the skin and was painless and no heat.
