中国加入WTO后,中国电机制造企业由于外部环境的巨变正面临着前所未有的挑战:技术创新挑战、规模实力挑战、知识信息挑战、制度环境挑战、资源条件挑战。在国外电机制造企业进入国内市场的压力下,中国电机制造企业无论从自身发展的需要还是从外部环境的要求来看,都必须重视核心竞争力的培育、发展、提高。在此背景下,本文对中国电机制造企业的竞争中存在的问题进行分析,提出了电机制造企业核心竞争力的培育措施。
After China’s accession to the WTO, China’s electromechanical manufacturing enterprises are facing unprecedented challenges due to the great changes in the external environment: technological innovation challenges, scale strength challenges, knowledge information challenges, institutional environment challenges and resource conditions challenges. Under the pressure of foreign motor manufacturers to enter the domestic market, Chinese motor manufacturers must attach importance to the cultivation, development and improvement of their core competitiveness in terms of their own development needs and external requirements. Against this background, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the competition of China’s motor manufacturers and puts forward the measures to nurture the core competitiveness of the motor manufacturers.
