电弧炉熔化分离铁、钛和炼钢的试验研究是综合利用磁铁矿和钛铁矿共生矿试验方案中的一部分。试验方案包括:铁精矿—钠化球团—水浸提钒—直接还原—分离铁、钛。本试验于1980年完成了实验室开发研究,以50kg中频感应炉熔分了22炉,以0.5t电弧炉熔分了42炉。1982年完成了半工业试验,以3t电弧炉熔分了32炉,以1t电弧炉熔分了111炉。试验结果表明,以提钒后的含钛金属化球团为原料,采用本工艺可以获得含TiO_2>50%、酸解率>90%的钛渣和温度在1600℃以上,含C0.20~
Experimental Study on Melting Separation of Iron, Titanium and Steelmaking in Electric Arc Furnace is a part of the comprehensive utilization of the test scheme for the symbiotic mine of magnetite and ilmenite.
