卵巢是实蝇产卵繁殖的重要器官,卵巢构成及发育进度决定了实蝇成虫的行为活动及繁殖力。本研究从桔小实蝇羽化之日起,逐日取样观察记录了桔小实蝇卵巢发育进程,描述了桔小实蝇卵巢形态结构和发育特征,并对卵巢进行了发育等级划分。研究表明:桔小实蝇卵巢由两组卵巢管组成,每组卵巢含卵巢管28根。新羽化桔小实蝇卵巢处于发育初期,无卵巢管。羽化后第4 d,卵巢管开始显现,卵巢管数量增加,至第10 d左右,卵巢发育成熟。进入产卵末期,卵巢管逐渐消解,卵巢变小萎缩。本研究将桔小实蝇卵巢发育进程分为5个发育等级,即发育初期(Ⅰ级)、卵黄沉积期(Ⅱ级)、成熟待产期(Ⅲ级)、产卵盛期(Ⅳ级)和产卵末期(Ⅴ级)。本研究为开展桔小实蝇繁殖生物学和繁殖行为学深入研究提供了不可或缺的卵巢信息。
Ovary is an important organ for ovipositing of fruit flies. The composition and development of ovary determine the behavior and fertility of fruit flies. In this study, we observed the ovarian development of the fruit fly from the day of eclosion of the fruit fly, and described the ovarian morphological structure and developmental characteristics of the orange fruit fly, and classified the developmental stages of the ovary. Studies have shown that: Ophiopogon japonicus consists of two groups of ovarian tubes, each ovary contains 28 ovarian tubes. New eclosion orange fruit fly Ovary in the early stages of development, no ovarian tube. On the 4th day after eclosion, the ovarian duct began to appear, and the number of ovarian duct increased. By the 10th day, the ovary developed. Into the end of spawning, ovarian tube gradually digestion, ovarian smaller atrophy. In this study, the developmental stages of ovary in the fruit fly were divided into five developmental stages, that is, the stages of development (grade Ⅰ), egg yolk deposition stage (Ⅱ grade), maturity stage (Ⅲ grade), egg laying stage (Ⅳ grade) End of spawning (Grade V). This study provided indispensable ovarian information for the further study of reproductive biology and reproductive behavior of the fruit fly.
