目的:总结我院近7年收治的16例因外伤致骨盆骨折并后尿道完全断裂患者的诊治经验。方法:通过对16例骨盆骨折并后尿道完全断裂患者,采用尿道会师加膀胱颈口会阴牵引复位术治疗,观察术后排尿、性功能情况。结果:拔管后13例排尿通畅,3例经1～3个月尿道扩张术治疗后,排尿正常。行排尿期膀胱尿道造影,示排尿通畅。随访6个月均排尿正常,无性功能障碍者。结论:采用尿道会师加膀胱颈口会阴牵引复位术,操作较简单,创伤小,术后引起尿道狭窄及性功能障碍发生率低。
Objective: To summarize the experience of diagnosis and treatment of 16 cases of pelvic fracture caused by trauma and complete posterior urethral stricture admitted to our hospital in recent 7 years. Methods: 16 cases of pelvic fractures with complete posterior urethra fracture were treated with urethral masseter and bladder neck perineum traction reduction. Urinary voiding and sexual function were observed after operation. Results: After extubation, voiding was clear in 13 cases and normal urination in 3 cases after urethral dilatation of 1-3 months. Row urinary bladder urethrophase, showed urinary patency. Follow-up 6 months were normal urination, asexual dysfunction. Conclusion: The urethral club plus bladder neck perineal traction reduction surgery, the operation is simple, less trauma, urethral stricture and sexual dysfunction caused by a low incidence.
