在社会生活深刻变革之际,人们往往为了追求利益最大化而忽视了所伴随的环境问题。为解决环境侵权问题,本文从其内涵出发,对环境侵权民事责任的归责原则和制度完善加以研究,以期为环境侵权问题的解决提供理论支撑,促进经济的可持续发展。
In the profound transformation of social life, people tend to neglect the environmental problems they are facing in pursuit of maximizing their benefits. In order to solve the problem of environmental infringement, based on its connotation, this paper studies the principle of imputation of civil liability for environmental infringement and the perfection of system, in order to provide theoretical support for the solution of environmental infringement and promote the sustainable development of economy.
