以厦深铁路(广东段)站前工程XSGZQ-7标段螺河特大桥跨324国道悬臂预应力连续梁施工为例,探讨了后张法预应力混凝土悬臂连续梁施工控制应力的确定方法及施工控制方法,并通过试验确定预应力孔道摩阻系数、偏差系数、锚圈口及喇叭口摩阻损失,确定了实际施工控制应力。结果表明,实施效果良好,预应力施工质量符合设计及规范要求。
Taking the construction of cantilevered prestressed continuous girder across State Highway 324 of XSGZQ-7 bidding section of Xuanhe River Bridge in Xiamen-Shenzhen Railway (Guangdong section) as an example, the method to determine the control stress of post-tensioned prestressed concrete cantilever continuous girder construction is discussed. Construction control method, and through the test to determine the prestressed hole friction coefficient, coefficient of variation, anchor ring mouth and mouth friction loss, to determine the actual construction control stress. The results show that the implementation of good results, prestressed construction quality in line with the design and specification requirements.
