领导风度是对领导者在长期的工作实践中形成的较为固有的个人气质、道德涵养、工作艺术等方面的综合评价。由于领导者个人的性格不同及成长环境的影响,所以领导风度往往呈现个性化。比如有的领导雷厉风行、敢说敢做;有的虚怀若谷,平易近人;有的诚信踏实,一丝不苟;有的优柔寡断,胆小怕事;有的圆滑世故,一团和气。真可谓林林总总、姿态万千。领导者是一方之主,领导风度直接体现于说话、办事、作决策之中,很大程度上影响其工作绩效。可以说,领导者能否造福一方,能否在自己所管辖的地方形成良好的政治和社会
Leadership is a comprehensive assessment of the leader’s inherent personal qualities, moral integrity, work art and other aspects formed in long-term work practices. Due to the different personalities of the leaders and the influence of the growth environment, the leadership style tends to be individualized. For example, some leaders are vigorous and resolute; they dare to say they dared to do something; others are open-minded and approachable; others are sincere and meticulous; others are indecisive and timid; others are sleek and sophisticated. Really can be described in an endless stream, attitude. The leader is the leader of one party, and the leadership style is directly reflected in his speech, work and decision-making, which greatly affects his work performance. It can be said that leaders can benefit a party and whether it can form good politics and society in the places under its jurisdiction
