目的建立远志总皂苷有效部位的质量控制方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定远志有效部位中细叶远志皂苷的含量,并建立总皂苷有效部位碱水解产物的高效液相指纹图谱。结果细叶远志皂苷在8.2~32.6μg范围内线性良好,有效部位中细叶远志皂苷的平均含量为27.3%。通过指纹图谱相似度评价,不同批次的远志总皂苷有效部位的化学成分差异较小。结论该方法可有效控制远志总皂苷有效部位的质量。
Objective To establish a method for quality control of effective parts of Polygonum total saponins. Methods HPLC was used to determine the content of Polygala tenuifolia in the active part of Polygala tenuifolia and the HPLC fingerprint of the alkali hydrolysates of the effective part of the total saponins was established. Results The results showed that the linear range of Polygonatum saponins in the range of 8.2 ~ 32.6μg was good, and the average content of Polygonatum saponins in effective fractions was 27.3%. By fingerprint similarity evaluation, different batches of Polygalaceae saponins effective part of the chemical composition of the difference is small. Conclusion This method can effectively control the quality of Polygonum total saponins effective parts.
