西安市公安局每年接收安置军转干部150名左右,约占西安市接收安置军转干部数量的25%。近5年来,市公安局顺利接收安置了700多名军转干部。根据本局警力需求和转业干部的特点,除特殊专业和团职以上军转干部补充到市局机关及相关业务处室,其余均充实到以派出所为重点的基层所、队。军转干部是公安部门亟需的人才,也是改善警察队伍结构、提高警察队伍整体素质的途径之一。他们经过部队多年的培养和锻炼,形成了政治立场坚定,大局意识强,服从命令听指挥的良好品格和政治素养。
Xi’an Public Security Bureau receives about 150 resettlement cadres each year, accounting for about 25% of the number of receiving resettlement military cadres in Xi’an.
