自从开展教育革命以来,經过一年多来的摸索和实踐,我們认識到:結合生产劳动,进行現場教学,是达到教育与生产劳动相結合、理論与实际相結合的良好方式之一。 (一) 自去年夏季开始,我校发动群众,先后建立了炼铁、炼鋼、軋鋼、鑄工等十余座工厂,并与校外有关厂矿訂立合同,有計划有組織地安排同学参加生产劳动。这时候,摆在我們面前的問題是如何把生产劳动和教学工作結合起来。这就需要在生产劳动中,有目的地进行教学活动。我們在劳动过程中,除了粗織一些“务虚会”座談思想收获、提高同学們的思想觉悟外,还进行了现場教学。
Since the educational revolution, after more than a year of exploration and practice, we have come to realize that combining productive labor and on-site teaching is one of the best ways to achieve a combination of education and productive labor and the combination of theory and practice . (1) Since the summer of last year, our school mobilized the masses and successively established over 10 factories including iron-making, steel making, steel rolling and foundry workers. It has also signed contracts with relevant factories and mines outside the university and organized students to participate in productive labor in a planned and organized manner. At this time, the question before us is how to combine productive labor with teaching. This requires purposeful instructional activities in productive labor. In the course of our work, we conducted the on-site teaching in addition to the extensive harvesting of the symposium on “retreat” and the improvement of students’ ideological consciousness.
