[目的]研究氟醚菌酰胺(LH-2010A)和己唑醇混用对水稻纹枯病的防治效果。[方法]采用菌丝生长速率法测定氟醚菌酰胺与己唑醇混用对水稻纹枯病菌的毒力,并进行田间药效试验进一步验证。[结果]氟醚菌酰胺与己唑醇按5∶5(1∶1)、6∶4、7∶3、8∶2、9∶1混用,EC50值分别为0.016 8、0.023 2、0.034 5、0.081 0、0.134 5 mg/L。按1∶1混配进行田间药效试验表明:60~90 g a.i./hm2的用量对纹枯病菌防效达90.67%~93.36%。[结论]氟醚菌酰胺与己唑醇按1∶1(5∶5)比例混用后对水稻纹枯病菌有较好的防治效果。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the control effect of flufenadine (LH-2010A) and hexaconazole on rice sheath blight. [Method] The virulence of fluorofenamic acid and hexaconazole on Rhizoctonia solani was determined by mycelial growth rate method, and the field efficacy test was further verified. [Result] Combination of tetraflufenamid and hexaconazole at 5: 5 (1: 1), 6: 4, 7: 3, 8:2, 9: 1 showed EC50 values of 0.016 8, 0.023 and 2.0.034 5 , 0.081 0,0.134 5 mg / L. According to the 1: 1 mixture, the field efficacy test showed that the effective rate of 60 ~ 90 g a.i./hm2 on Rhizoctonia solani was 90.67% ~ 93.36%. [Conclusion] The combination of tetraflufenamid and hexaconazole at 1:1 (5: 5) ratio had a good control effect on R. solani.
