随着我国国民经济的不断发展，经济社会发展进入新常态，在国家大力推进创新型国家建设的大背景下，推动大学生创新创业教育，以创业带动就业成为当前高校教育的重要方面。本文从高校层面对大学生创新创业教育开展中辅导员的思想引导加以探讨，着力分析创新创业教育工作中可能遇到的问题及应对方法，以求为大学生创新创业教育工作的开展探索有效方法。,AbstractWith the continuous development of our national economy, the economic and social development in the new normal, in the national vigorously promote the background of building an innovation oriented country.
