目的探讨安氏Ⅰ类错畸形拔牙矫治前后舌骨位置的变化。方法选取青少年骨性安氏Ⅰ类牙列拥挤或双牙弓前突患者19例,拔除4颗第一双尖牙,采用直丝弓矫治技术进行矫治,疗程22~27个月。将矫治前后的X线头颅侧位定位片进行舌骨垂直及水平位置相关指标的测量,并对结果进行统计分析。结果安氏Ⅰ类错畸形拔牙矫治前后舌骨水平向位置及舌骨垂直向位置的测量指标均增大,多数前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论青少年安氏Ⅰ类错畸形经过两年的拔牙矫治后舌骨位置趋于较后下位。
Objective To investigate the changes of hyoid bone position before and after extraction of Class Ⅰ malocclusion. Methods Twenty - nine patients with skeletal Class Ⅰ malocclusion or bipinodal crowding were selected. Four first bicuspid teeth were removed and treated by straight wire arch correction. The course of treatment was 22 to 27 months. Before and after correction of X-ray cephalometric positioning of the tongue vertical and horizontal position of the relevant indicators of measurement, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results Before and after Class I malocclusion deformity extraction, the measurement of horizontal position of hyoid and vertical position of hyoid increased. The difference between before and after treatment was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Adolescent Class Ⅰ malocclusion deformity after two years of tooth extraction, the hyoid position tends to be lower.
