本文对润滑油对柴油机颗粒物的粒径分布、形貌特征进行了实验研究。通过透射电镜(TEM)技术研究颗粒物形貌特征的变化。利用快速颗粒物光谱仪对颗粒物粒径分布和数量浓度进行分析。结果表明,润滑油参与燃烧增大了基本碳粒子的直径,尤其是低负荷工况更明显。润滑油的燃烧程度对颗粒物的结构有较大影响,燃烧越充分颗粒物结构越疏松,相反则紧凑。润滑油对核模态颗粒物的排放贡献较大,而对积聚态颗粒物数量浓度影响相对较小。
In this paper, the particle size distribution and morphology of lubricating oil on diesel engine were experimentally studied. The changes of particle morphology were studied by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Particle size distribution and number concentration were analyzed using a fast particle spectrometer. The results show that the lubricating oil involved in the combustion increases the diameter of the basic carbon particles, especially at low load conditions more pronounced. The degree of combustion of lubricating oil has a greater impact on the structure of the particulate matter, the more fully burned the more loosely structured the particulate matter, and the more compact it is. Lubricating oil contributes more to the emission of nuclear modal particles, but has less effect on the quantitative concentration of particulate matter in the accumulating state.
