目的建立以高效液相色谱法测定复方阿司匹林双层片中的对乙酰氨基酚、咖啡因和阿司匹林含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAX SB C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相∶甲醇-水(用冰醋酸调节pH值至3.0)(15∶85);流速为1.0 ml/min;柱温为40℃;检测波长为280 nm;进样量为20μl。结果对乙酰氨基酚、咖啡因、阿司匹林的线性范围分别为9.976~498.8μg/ml(r=1.000 0)、2.632~131.6μg/ml(r=1.000 0)、18.36~918μg/ml(r=1.000 0);平均回收率分别为99.6%(RSD=0.32%)、99.7%(RSD=0.26%)、99.3%(RSD=0.27%)。结论本方法简单、快速、准确,可用于复方阿司匹林双层片的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of paracetamol, caffeine and aspirin in compound aspirin bilayer tablets by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods The column was Agilent ZORBAX SB C18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm); the mobile phase was methanol-water (adjusted to pH 3.0 with glacial acetic acid) (15:85); the flow rate was 1.0 ml / min; 40 ℃; detection wavelength was 280 nm; injection volume was 20μl. Results The linear range of acetaminophen, caffeine and aspirin were 9.976 ~ 498.8μg / ml (r = 1.000 0), 2.632 ~ 131.6μg / ml (r = 1.000 0), 18.36 ~ 918μg / ml 0). The average recoveries were 99.6% (RSD = 0.32%), 99.7% (RSD = 0.26%) and 99.3% (RSD = 0.27%), respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be used for the determination of compound aspirin bilayer tablets.
