在一定光照条件下,对弱光敏感型的黄瓜自交系Q12和耐弱光能力强的Q20进行了净光合速率、叶绿素含量变化、幼苗叶片细胞膜系统稳定性及几种主要酶的活性进行了测定。结果表明,弱光处理后,两种黄瓜幼苗叶片的叶绿素含量均降低,净光合速率和光饱和点下降。但是耐弱光自交系Q20下降较少,膜脂过氧化程度较轻,POD活力增强较多,CAT活力也发生明显变化。
Under certain light conditions, the net photosynthetic rate, the change of chlorophyll content, the cell membrane system stability of seedling leaves and the activities of several major enzymes were studied under low light-sensitive cucumber inbred line Q12 and low light tolerance Q20 Determination. The results showed that after low light treatment, the chlorophyll content of both cucumber seedling leaves decreased, and the net photosynthetic rate and light saturation point decreased. However, Q20, which was less resistant to low light intensity, decreased less, the degree of membrane lipid peroxidation was lower, the activity of POD increased more and CAT activity also changed obviously.
