为了观察中老年高血压病在左心功能上的变化,我们应用超声心动图对20例高血压病进行了检查,同时选择20名年龄相当的中老年健康人作对照,现分析如下:资料和方法随机选择病房和门诊中老年高血压病20例,男性16例,女性4例,年龄43岁～69岁,平均年龄62岁。心电图除一例有左室高电压外,其余均属正常范围。X 线检查均未见左室增大表现,故本组属Ⅰ期或Ⅱ期高血压病。另选择中老年健康人20名,均经病史询问,体检及 X 线、心电图、超声心电图、血脂测定等检查,除外其它心血管病.男性18例,女性2例,年龄41岁～69岁,平均年龄61岁。两组病例均在休息10～15分钟后,采用日本 Aloka SSD～880型彩色多普勒超声心动图
