目的:比较三种镍钛机用根管器械的特点,寻找快速、安全的根管预备方法。方法:对476个需要进行根管治疗的后牙,分别使用Protaper,Hero 642,k3三种机用镍钛器械预备根管,并根据根管器械特点,随机选择139个患牙利用混合根管预备技术,在根管不同部位,综合使用三种器械。并记录每种方法器械使用的最高次数,比较每种方法预备根管所需时间。结果:将三种器械综合使用,在不降低工作效率的前提下,能提高器械使用次数,降低器械折断的危险。结论:利用混合根管预备技术,综合使用根管器械,能取得很好的根管预备效果。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the characteristics of three types of nitinol-based root canal instruments and to find a rapid and safe root canal preparation method. Methods: A total of 476 root canal-treated posterior teeth were prepared using Protaper, Hero 642 and K3 machines respectively. A total of 139 teeth were selected according to the characteristics of root canal instruments. Preparation technology, in different parts of the root canal, the integrated use of three kinds of equipment. The highest number of instruments used for each method was recorded and the time required to prepare the root canal for each method was compared. Results: The three devices combined use, without reducing the efficiency of the premise, can increase the frequency of use of equipment, reduce the risk of broken appliances. Conclusion: The use of hybrid root canal preparation technology, the comprehensive use of root canal instruments, can achieve good root canal preparation.
