目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定战创伤涂膜剂中替硝唑、盐酸达克罗宁和醋酸氯己定3组分的含量。方法:色谱柱为Diamonsil C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.02 mol·L~(-1)磷酸二氢钾水溶液(含三乙胺0.4%,用磷酸调节pH至2.5)(50:50);流速:1.0 ml·min~(-1);检测波长分别为317 nm,280 nm,261 nm;柱温:25℃。结果:替硝唑、盐酸达克罗宁和醋酸氯己定的线性范围分别为1.02~10.20,12.48~124.80和5.42~54.20μg·ml~(-1),相关系数均为1.0000;平均回收率分别为101.6%、100.1%和102.3%。结论:本法简便准确,重复性好,可用于战创伤涂膜剂的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of tinidazole, dacronine hydrochloride and chlorhexidine acetate in war wound trapping agent. METHODS: Diamonsil C 18 (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as the mobile phase. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.02 mol·L -1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (containing 0.4% triethylamine and adjusted with phosphoric acid pH = 2.5) (50:50). The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min -1. The detection wavelength was 317 nm, 280 nm and 261 nm, respectively. The column temperature was 25 ℃. Results: The calibration curves of tinidazole, dacronine hydrochloride and chlorhexidine acetate were 1.02 ~ 10.20, 12.48 ~ 124.80 and 5.42 ~ 54.20μg · ml ~ (-1), respectively. The correlation coefficient was 1.0000. The average recoveries Respectively 101.6%, 100.1% and 102.3%. Conclusion: This method is simple and accurate, reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of war wounds.
