目的了解湖南省生殖中心洁净实验室的卫生学状况及其主要影响因素,以促进生殖中心洁净实验环境的监测和管理。方法于2013-2015年对湖南省7家生殖中心35间洁净实验室参照《医院洁净手术部建筑技术规范》(GB50333-2013)中相应技术指标(洁净度、细菌平均浓度、换气次数、静压差、温度、湿度、噪声、工作照度)进行现场静态条件下的监测和评判。结果随着使用年限的延长,生殖中心洁净环境综合合格率呈下降趋势(χ~2=8.146,P=0.04)。使用1、2、≥3年的合格率分别为60%、42.68%、20%,检测指标中,洁净度的合格率最低(64.44%),其次为静压差(75.56%)、菌落数(81.11%)、换气次数(84.44%)、湿度(88.89%)、噪声(92.22%)、工作照度(92.22%)和温度(95.56%)。回归分析显示,细菌平均浓度(OR=29.814,95%CI:1.374~646.799,P=0.031)和换气次数(OR=59.271,95%CI:3.141~1 118.263,P=0.006)为洁净实验室环境合格率的主要影响因素。结论 2013-2015年,随着使用年份的增加,湖南省7家生殖中心洁净实验室环境合格率呈下降趋势;细菌平均浓度、换气次数为洁净实验室环境合格率的两个主要影响因素。
Objective To understand the hygiene status and its main influencing factors of the reproductive center clean laboratory in Hunan Province so as to promote the monitoring and management of the clean experimental environment in the reproductive center. Methods From 2013 to 2015, 35 clean laboratories of 7 reproductive centers in Hunan Province were referred to the corresponding technical indicators (cleanliness, average bacterial concentration, ventilation times, static Pressure drop, temperature, humidity, noise, working illumination) to carry on the on-the-spot static condition monitoring and the judgment. Results With the extension of the service life, the comprehensive qualified rate of the clean environment in the reproductive center showed a downward trend (χ ~ 2 = 8.146, P = 0.04). The passing rate of using 1, 2 and 3 years were 60%, 42.68% and 20%, respectively. The pass rate of cleanliness was the lowest (64.44%), followed by the static pressure difference (75.56%), the number of colonies 81.11%, 84.44%, 88.89%, 92.22%, 92.22% and 95.56% respectively. The regression analysis showed that the average bacterial concentration (OR = 29.814, 95% CI: 1.374 ~ 646.799, P = 0.031) and ventilation times (OR = 59.271, 95% CI: 3.141-118.263, P = 0.006) Environmental impact rate of the main factors. Conclusion From 2013 to 2015, with the increase of years of use, the environmental qualification rate of clean laboratories in seven germination centers in Hunan Province showed a downward trend. The average concentration of bacteria and air exchange rate were the two main factors affecting the pass rate of clean laboratory environment.
