我国基层事业单位的人事管理制度相比较于企业已经较为落后,主要原因在于事业单位人事管理制度改革不完善,需要从多方面进行全面改进。笔者基于基层事业单位人事管理现状,分析现有人事管理中存在的各种问题,提出相应的创新举措,有针对性地进行讲解实施,根据交通行业的发展状况来完善基层事业单位的人事管理工作。
The main reason for the personnel management system of grassroots units in our country is relatively backward compared with that of enterprises is that the reform of personnel management system in public institutions is imperfect and needs to be improved in many aspects. Based on the current situation of personnel management in grass-roots public institutions, the author analyzes the existing problems in personnel management, puts forward corresponding innovations, and carries out targeted implementation, according to the development of the transport industry to improve the personnel management of the grass-roots units .
