黄芪、天麻、首乌的延缓衰老作用的实验研究

本试验证实,黄芪、天麻、首乌有延缓衰老作用。黄芪中微量元素含量有 Zn、Cu、Mn、Cr、Fe、Ge;天麻中 Zn、Se、Cr、Ge;首乌中 Cu、Se、Fe、Ge 等。这些药物中含有不同剂量的微量元素,对小白鼠试验起到了不同的效应。增强了 SOD、GSH-PX 的活性,促进了催化作用。并抑制了 HYP 合成和分解,减轻了胶联剂的形成,从而起到了延缓衰老作用、小白鼠游泳耐力试验有强壮机体的作用。果蝇寿命试验证实三种药物混合饲养比单一种药物效果好,单一首乌均寿命46.8天,三种药物混合饲养65天,差别非常显著(P<0.01)。以药成虫平上说明黄芪天麻、首乌有延缓衰老作用。 This experiment confirmed that Astragalus, Tianma and Shouwu have anti-aging effects. Trace elements in Astragalus are Zn, Cu, Mn, Cr, Fe, and Ge; Zn, Se, Cr, and Ge in Gastrodia, and Cu, Se, Fe, and Ge in Radix Polygoni. These drugs contain different doses of trace elements, which have a different effect on mouse experiments. Increased activity of SOD and GSH-PX and promoted catalysis. It also inhibited the synthesis and decomposition of HYP, reduced the formation of adhesives, and thus played a role in delaying the aging process and the mice’s endurance test. The fruit fly life test confirmed that the three drugs were better than the single drug. The life span of the single Shouwu was 46.8 days, and the three drugs were mixed for 65 days. The difference was very significant (P<0.01). Herbal insects on the flat level shows that Astragalus Gastrodia, Shouwu have anti-aging effects.
