1979～ 2 0 0 0年共收治膀胱嗜铬细胞瘤 5例 ,其中恶性 3例。男 3例 ,女 2例 ;年龄 2 6～ 5 6岁。病史 2 0天～ 1年。 4例出现排尿时头晕、心悸及血压升高 ,3例伴无痛性肉眼血尿 ,1例伴镜下血尿 ,1例尿液正常。 4例测尿ＶＭＡ值 3例显著增高。 5例均通过膀胱镜检获得定位诊断 ,
From 1979 to 2000, 5 cases of bladder pheochromocytoma were treated, of which 3 cases were malignant. 3 males and 2 females; aged 26 to 56 years old. Medical history 20 days to 1 year. 4 cases showed dizziness, palpitations and blood pressure during urination, 3 cases with painless gross hematuria, 1 case with microscopic hematuria and 1 case with normal urine. 4 cases of urine VMA value was significantly higher in 3 cases. 5 cases were obtained by cystoscopy positioning diagnosis,
